Terms of use

These terms are set by the Dutch sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) trading as Loadiqo and, for this website, as AIHostCompare, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 97416770. AIHostCompare is not a separate company or legal entity; the owner of the sole proprietorship is the other party to these terms. The owner's name, the business address and the VAT number are in the legal notice.

AIHostCompare publishes comparisons, provider profiles, guides and calculators about AI infrastructure. You can use the site free of charge and without an account. By using it you accept these terms.

The content is general information to help you research providers. It is not individual financial, legal, security, compliance or procurement advice for your situation, and it does not replace the provider's own contract, documentation or certifications. Decisions about which service to buy, and whether it meets your legal obligations, remain yours; take professional advice where it matters.

• Data comes mainly from providers’ official pages; where no official source states a value, a labelled secondary source may be used. Every value is shown with its source and the date it was checked; the methodology explains how.
• Providers change prices, availability and terms without notice, so a value can be out of date even when it was correct when checked.
• “Not verified” means we could not confirm a value from a reliable source; it is not a zero.
• Always confirm the price, region, availability and contract terms on the provider’s own site before you buy.

If you find an error, please report it; confirmed errors are corrected.

Calculators and selectors produce estimates from your inputs, published prices and the assumptions shown on each tool page. Real bills also depend on taxes, currency, billing increments, storage, network traffic and how you actually use a service, so they can differ from an estimate.

Links to provider websites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Any purchase is a contract between you and the provider; AIHostCompare is not a party to it and does not sell, resell or support provider services.

AIHostCompare is an affiliate of DigitalOcean (through the Awin network). Links to that provider may earn AIHostCompare a commission when you sign up or buy through them; the line under each page's heading says so, and commissions never change which providers we list or in what order. The affiliate disclosure lists which programs are active.

• Our own work. The texts, guides, design, graphics and software of this site are created by or for AIHostCompare and, where they qualify, are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the page. The Inter and Space Grotesk fonts are not ours; we use them under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• Our selection and arrangement. The way we select, structure and present provider data (the comparisons, tables and dataset as a whole) may be protected as a database. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome; please ask us before re-publishing large parts of the dataset.
• Provider facts are not ours. Prices, specifications, regions and other facts come from the providers' own public sources or, where labelled, from secondary sources, which we cite and date. We claim no ownership of those facts; the providers' own texts and materials remain theirs, and we quote them only briefly, with a source.
• Trademarks. Provider and product names are trademarks or trade names of their owners. We use them only as words, to identify the services we compare; we show no provider logos except a provider's own logo or banner, unaltered and linked under its affiliate program (DigitalOcean), and their use implies no endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, disrupts the service or tries to gain unauthorised access. Automated access must respect robots.txt and must not degrade the site for other visitors.

We work carefully to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that every value is current or that the site is always online. To the extent the law allows, AIHostCompare is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on the site, or from the services, prices or terms of the providers it links to.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

We may update these terms; the current version and its date are always on this page. Dutch law applies, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live if you use the site as a consumer. Questions: contact@aihostcompare.com.
